This means that if a retailer changes the way their website looks or functions, it can temporarily break the connection with MyAiSpy. When we find a retailer not working, we are usually able to get the link functioning within a 1-3 days. So, if a site doesn’t seem to work when you try to use it with MyAiSpy, simply check out another retailer while we fix the connection and try again on the original retail site a day or two later.

How do I update my software?
